Signing up will give you access to the information and tools you need to apply BREEAM to your project. You'll get access to performance data from certified projects to help communicate strategies, an area where you can create and manage your own portfolio of projects and access to free pre-assessment tools so you can get an early indication of how your project might perform when assessed against BREEAM.
If you want to get an assessment of your project certified, BREEAM projects gives you access to the latest list of licensed BREEAM assessors.
If you're a licensed BREEAM assessor you can manage all of your assessment and certification work from your project area as well as being able to seamlessly submit reports for certification.
